As a  Senior Business Analyst at ROKO Labs, you will have a front-row seat in seeing how businesses are built and grown. You’ll interact directly with our clients on gathering and documenting requirements and working with the team to guide clients through the entire product and technology lifecycle. Our typical clients work with us on an ongoing basis, so you’ll get the thrill of seeing your work launch If you get excited about building products that people love, this is the position for you And for career-minded folks, this position can lead to a Product Management position and beyond IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Deep understanding of end-user perspectives on needs and business value Profound experience in defining and breaking down requirements to enable agile Product/”Devops” team(s) to efficiently develop new functionality Experience in managing some or all phases of agile product development (requirements, design, sprint planning, development, quality assurance and release cycle) Can start and lead a project on its own without supervision from a senior teammates Experience with the tasks’ prioritization techniques and Dev team management Experience in developing business, functional and non-functional requirements, including design artifacts, such as low/high fidelity designs Experience working with technology teams, such as Development/Engineering, Quality Assurance or DevOps Stakeholders’ management skills are on the high level.
