SAP PMO | Business Manager (Sr) – Proyecto S/4HANA – Freelance – Full-Time MaxIT Consulting (Max Corporate Group) is supporting a key client in the Consumer Product sector on a major SAP ECC S/4HANA migration project. We are looking for a PMO Business Manager Senior to join the team. Project Start: December 2025 / first days of January 2026Modality: Hybrid – Pacheco and Olivos zones, up to 3 onsite days per weekDuration: 12 monthsContract: Freelance Full‑Time (no part‑time or on‑demand) Role Overview: The PMO Business Manager will lead and coordinate the Project Office (PMO) within the SAP initiative, ensuring that project activities are fully aligned with the business’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP PMO, ensuring compliance with schedules, deliverables and quality standards. Supervise the comprehensive planning: roadmap, milestones and dependencies across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.). Manage the project budget, including costs, forecast and deviations. Monitor risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation. Coordinate communication between business, IT, SAP consultants and executive leadership. Prepare and present executive reports, KPIs and financial status. Ensure correct documentation, change control and project governance. Support change management (OCM) and internal communications. Maintain and implement project management tools (MS Project, Jira, SAP Activate, etc.). Facilitate internal and external SAP project audits. Qualifications: 5+ years managing complex projects, preferably ERP/SAP. Experience in SAP implementations (S/4HANA desired).Experience in corporate PMO or Business Management Office.Knowledge in planning, budgeting, risk and executive reporting.Advanced reading and comprehension in English for SAP documentation.
