Your Role & Responsibilities Control of the methodology applied to the testing process defined in the bank's testing strategy, with periodic internal reviews and audits as its main function, in order to maintain the level of maturity of the methodologies and processes. Control of adherence to the processes established in the operating model. Traceability of Tests through the reuse model. Formal administration of the testing process, requirements management, identification and development of test cases. Reports and information available for all levels. Levels and test sources included in the service. Proposals for continuous improvement based on use and reuse. Test automation processes. Feedback. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 8+ years experience in test strategy, planning, designing test cases on Data Management platform and data migration. Should be hands‑on on QuerySurge tool and Shell Scripting. Previously worked on data migration projects and ETL related testing. DataStage knowledge will be an advantage. Need to have strong Test Coordination Skills. Intermediate English skills. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Knowledge on Manual and functional testing. Knowledge on Agile methodology. Knowledge on defect life cycle.
