Sumate Responsabilidades Analizar la calidad de la cartera crediticia, realizando seguimiento de KPIs como NPL, vintage, pérdidas esperada. Aplicar y monitorear modelos estadísticos y de machine learning para originación, comportamiento y cobranzas. Proponer e Implementar cambios en las políticas de crédito, límites y pricing basadas en insights de datos. Construir y automatizar reportes y dashboards de riesgo en herramientas como Power BI o Quicksight. Explorar nuevas fuentes de información (bureaus, datos alternativos, open data) y medir su impacto en la predicción de riesgo. Colaborar en la definición y calibración de estrategias en los motores de decisión. Realizar análisis ad-hoc para explicar tendencias de mora, segmentaciones de clientes y performance de modelos. Documentar metodologías y resultados de los análisis y modelos implementados. Calificaciones Formación en Economía, Finanzas, Matemática, Estadística, Ingeniería o afines. Experiencia (2+ años) en análisis de riesgo de crédito, modelos estadísticos o data science aplicado a finanzas. Conocimiento sólido de SQL y Python para extracción, manipulación avanzada de datos y modelado. Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI o similares). Entendimiento de métricas y metodologías de riesgo crediticio (PD, LGD, expected loss, stress testing). Deseable: experiencia previa en banca, fintech o entornos con motores de decisión.
