About the Team The CM team is responsible for designing, running, and optimizing programmatic mobile campaigns across multiple verticals and markets. We work closely with Account Management, Product, Tech, and Operations. It’s a highly collaborative, analytical, and fast‑paced environment where ownership matters and results speak. About the Role We’re looking for a Campaign Manager who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and running performance campaigns end‑to‑end. In this role, you’ll directly influence revenue, client outcomes, and product adoption by managing and optimizing mobile programmatic campaigns. You’ll experiment constantly, coordinate cross‑functionally, troubleshoot technical issues, and extract insights that help scale performance. It’s a perfect role for someone who wants a mix of data, strategy, and client impact. What You’ll Do Plan, launch, manage, and optimize mobile programmatic campaigns using RevX’s machine‑learning driven DSP. Monitor key performance metrics (CPR, ROAS, CTR, pacing, margins, eligible UUs, scale) and make daily optimization decisions. Analyze data from MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava) and internal dashboards to identify issues, insights, and growth opportunities. Build weekly reports with results, learnings, and next steps for internal stakeholders or clients. Work with Account Managers to understand client goals, align on strategy, and identify retention and expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Supply teams to troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or attribution issues. Run structured A/B tests, document learning agendas, and share best practices with the wider team. Work with Creative teams to brief new concepts, evaluate asset performance, and recommend improvements. Maintain clean setups, naming conventions, and documentation for smooth campaign operations. Participate in daily standups, planning meetings, and strategic syncs. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, programmatic advertising, or mobile user acquisition (advertiser, DSP, or agency side). Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets required). Hands‑on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava) or DSP/programmatic platforms. Excellent English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to experiment, learn, and improve. Nice to Have Experience with bidding strategies, creative testing, or A/B experiments. Familiarity with SQL or data manipulation. Exposure to mobile advertising, RTB, or ad networks. Experience in fast‑paced tech or startup environments.
