Head of Marketing We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead Remitee’s marketing strategy and execution needs. This person will be responsible for supporting our partners in planning and executing campaigns and strategies to improve adoption, drive growth and win in the marketplace. Also, the role is responsible for strengthening Remitee’s brand globally improving its awareness and brand recognition, supporting lead generation and nurturing efforts. In this role, you will design and execute multi-channel strategies while collaborating closely with Business Development, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment between business needs, partner goals, and marketing impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Remitee’s global communication strategy to strengthen brand recognition and awareness across sectors and geographies, building consistent positioning and ensuring alignment with Remitee’s identity, product roadmaps, and strategic objectives. Manage and optimize Remitee’s digital presence (web, social media, campaigns, SEO/SEM), and leverage on PR, sector-related publications, email marketing, trade shows and any other means to reach the right audience and build our brand consistently. Work closely with clients and partners to design and implement activation campaigns, promotional events and growth strategies to help them boost adoption, loyalty and win in the marketplace. Plan, test, launch, and analyze marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to determine ROI/ROAS or each initiative and build data driven advertising blueprints. Monitor KPIs such as acquisition cost, conversion rates, engagement, partner-led retail performance, and other metrics that can be used to improve performance Work alongside Remitee’s Data Officer to build a solid knowledge base that Remitee can use as a lever with its business partners, innovate with the use of AI tools to dramatically improve the impact of our marketing efforts and continuously optimize campaign performance. Partner with Business Development and Product to support commercial initiatives through tailored marketing initiatives to help generate qualified leads, launch new products, announce new features and capacities and build excitement around Remitee and its value proposition. Candidate’s Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in fintech, retail, payments, financial services, or fast-paced tech environments. Strong background in digital marketing, campaign execution, performance analytics, and retail/BTL activation. Experience supporting partner-driven marketing efforts, including co-marketing and joint campaigns. Experience with branding, PR and B2B marketing. Hands-on with marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messages across diverse audiences and markets. Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluid English oral and written is a must, and experience working for multiple geographies is considered a strong plus.
