Project Manager, Nuclear Reactor Construction Projects, Argentina This is an on site job. Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality. Lead and oversee the day-to-day execution of complex engineering and industrial projects. Monitor contractor deliverables, progress, performance, and adherence to project baselines. Chair project meetings, prepare progress reports, and elevate key issues for client decision. Drive the risk, issue, and change management processes, ensuring proactive mitigation and structured decision‑making. Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. Ensure proper implementation of project controls, reporting, and governance structures. Manage stakeholder engagement: act as focal point for communication with contractors, suppliers, regulators, and client executives. Support budget tracking and reporting, providing early warnings on deviations and risks. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and ethical standards across all phases of the project. Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and application of lessons learned to optimize project delivery. Qualifications University degree in Engineering. 15+ years of professional experience in project management within major infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects. Experience in nuclear reactor projects highly desirable. Experience in industrial processes or similar complex industrial facilities. Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
