Please visit our website:  Job Description Esta posición es en sitio.  Desarrollar y mantener planes integrados de proyecto que abarquen alcance, costo, cronograma, riesgos y calidad. Liderar y supervisar la ejecución diaria de proyectos complejos de ingeniería e industriales. Monitorear entregables, avances, desempeño de contratistas y cumplimiento de los cronogramas base. Coordinar y presidir reuniones de proyecto, elaborar informes de progreso y escalar temas críticos para decisión del cliente. Impulsar la gestión de riesgos, problemas y cambios, asegurando mitigación proactiva y decisiones estructuradas. Coordinar interfaces entre ingeniería, compras, construcción, puesta en marcha y operación. Asegurar la correcta implementación de controles de proyecto, reportes y estructuras de gobernanza. Gestionar la relación con stakeholders: actuar como punto focal de comunicación con contratistas, proveedores, entes reguladores y la dirección del cliente. Apoyar el seguimiento presupuestario y de informes, generando alertas tempranas sobre desvíos y riesgos. Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, calidad, regulatorios y éticos en todas las fases del proyecto. Promover la mejora continua, la innovación y la aplicación de lecciones aprendidas para optimizar la entrega del proyecto. Qualifications Mandatorio: Título universitario en Ingeniería. Mínimo 15 años de experiencia profesional en gestión de proyectos de gran envergadura en infraestructura, energía o industrias afines. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en proyectos de reactores nucleares. Experiencia en procesos industriales o instalaciones industriales complejas. Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, organización y gestión de stakeholders. Dominio de inglés y español (oral y escrito). Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
