Job responsibilities Analyzes and interprets the payment terms and conditions of fully executed site clinical trial agreement (CTA), primarily for North American and LATAM vendors. Ensures optimum accuracy and quality of contract payee details, comparing between the CTA & Oracle. Inputs accurate vendor information into supplier maintenance form and submits to the accounts payable team. Aware of the legal documentation required for vendor setups in Oracle and ensures completeness of provided documentation. Communicates clearly with project teams on required documentation per SOX guidelines. Tracks vendor setup status within the Access database, ensuring weekly Quality Control using generated reports. Engages accounts payable team with the quality control of the vendor setups created within Oracle. Participates in vendor setup issue resolution in partnership with the accounts payable, fund setup, and project teams. Liaises with internal departments including the accounts payable, CTMS SME, payments, analytics, and fund setup teams. Performs a variety of administrative functions. Works with enterprise financial systems. Multi-tasks on several projects as needed. Possesses strong communication skills and is an effective team player. Responsible for maintaining data privacy of information received as per company policy and industry standards. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Above average attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
