About the role Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product and cross-functional teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward. We’re looking for a Data Analyst to dig into our complex databases and look for the root cause of a problem. What you'll be doing Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality Working with Regulatory Reporting Managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying impeccable attention to detail Setting up local regulatory reporting processes What you'll need Fluency in English and Spanish Solid SQL skills and an understanding of complex data systems Experience with data architecture, ETL design, and pipelines The ability to adjust data to strict regulatory specifications efficiently Great collaboration skills to work with reporting managers and cross-functional teams To be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to deliver under tight timeframes Nice to have An advanced degree in a core STEM subject Proficiency in additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.) Olympiad-level awards in physics, maths, economics, or programming Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
