Our client is a leading US health insurance company with over 25 million members. The customer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families. We are helping to achieve our customer’s goals via developing and supporting the IT tools. REQUIREMENTS 4+ years in data analysis or database-focused roles Proven database experience (SQL / relational databases) Excellent soft skills (communication, collaboration, adaptability) Product / Business Analyst mindset (able to understand business needs, think in terms of data products, and bridge between business and IT) At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English On-site attendance required in Buenos Aires or Cordoba RESPONSIBILITIES Develop requirements as part of Data component of IT projects, and projects where IT has primary delivery accountability Identify key healthcare, innovation and technology trends and analyze the potential implications for the curation of data products valuable to the business Participate in strategy discussions and other business unit (BU) discussions to understand and capture high level business needs Document deliverables required for the project Evaluate, refine and break down Epics into User Stories for Data Product backlog Elaborate User stories, including creation of mockups, process flows etc Perform Data Product level testing and UAT Support and build collaborative relationships with other IT roles Support the Data Delivery Lead and Data Engineer in serving business customers, as needed WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS Close cooperation with a customer Challenging tasks Team of professionals Dynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy ELEKS is a custom software development company.
