A Day In The Life As a Digital Media Account Manager, you'll be the go-to expert in client meetings, breaking down strategy, performance, and next steps with clarity and confidence. You'll own daily client communication, manage projects end-to-end, and drive strategic account planning rooted in data. That means understanding the performance levers across channels, spotting optimization opportunities, and turning insights into smart recommendations. You’ll manage multi‑media clients with ease, applying digital marketing best practices across every channel you touch. Responsibilities Lead clients that predominantly focus on Google and Meta ads. Drive day‑to‑day client activity that drives growth for our clients, including client communication, education, project management for campaign execution, and planning and thought leadership for service strategy. Monitor and analyze account activity (volumes, KPIs/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across the client base. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance. Manage client and agency team expectations and clear roadblocks to success on a daily basis. Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices. Ensure day‑to‑day implementation of project deliverables and that they are client‑ready. Role Requirements 3+ years of experience with a marketing agency managing digital programs. Experience working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources, and a thorough understanding of related deliverables. Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever‑changing needs and schedules; handle multiple accounts while meeting tight deadlines. Proven project management skills, quality assurance, and process understanding. Proactive and thrives when creating new opportunities where none currently exist. Must be able to travel from time to time as required. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven experience in growing client accounts and agency business.
