Role Overview Location: Remote – based in Buenos Aires Reports to: Finance Director We are seeking a Corporate Finance Sr. Analyst to join our team in Argentina. This person will be a key contributor to our finance and strategy efforts, working closely with the management team. The role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is skilled at building processes and leveraging data to guide business decisions. Key Responsibilities Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis Build, maintain, and improve 3‑statement financial models (P&L, BS, CF). Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions. Analyze debt structures, covenants, and financing agreements. Prepare presentations and insights for management, lenders, and investors. Cash Flow & Balance Sheet Management Own the cash flow forecast (direct and/or indirect). Analyze and monitor key balance sheet accounts: inventory, AP, AR, debt, accruals. Identify drivers of working capital and propose improvement actions. Planning & Reporting Support the annual planning process and quarterly/monthly reforecasting. Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. plan). Consolidate financial information and prepare management reports. Cross‑Functional Finance Support Work with Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to understand business drivers. Build dashboards and analyses that support decision‑making across the company. What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking. Strong command of financial modeling, including 3‑statement models. Ability to read and interpret financial agreements (debt, covenants, credit facilities). Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement dynamics. Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize time‑sensitive projects. Clear and concise communicator. Why Join Rip Van?
