As a Dynamics CE Senior Developer , you will be involved in reviewing, auditing, and improving customer journeys in Dynamics 365 (D365), ensuring seamless operations from initial website form entry to final lead disposition. You will collaborate directly with leadership, assess system configurations, and implement solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and user experience. How your day-to-day work will look like: Review and audit customer journeys from website form entry in D365 to lead disposition.Assess and optimize:- Call schedules.- Call sequencing and prioritization.- Time zones and location assignments.- Call queues.- Call cycle/replenishment for agents.Work with the CEO to align system configurations with call log data.Implement, test, and confirm changes function as expected.Coordinate deployment of changes into production. This would make you the ideal candidate: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Dynamics CE expertise (hands-on configuration and development).Experience with auditing and improving customer journeys and call workflows.Ability to manage end-to-end changes, from requirements gathering to production deployment.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
