We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a growing company in the USA.
Location: Fully remote
Minimum English: C2 - Fluent
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with a semi-senior level of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in the customization, configuration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. This role requires someone with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to innovative solutions, and willing to continuously learn and grow within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Customize, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations modules
Develop and implement workflows, plugins, custom applications, and integrations using Power Platform, .NET, and JavaScript
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability of Dynamics 365 solutions
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to testing, deployment, and support
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and third-party systems via APIs, web services, and custom connectors
Provide documentation and technical support for solutions, enhancements, and customizations
Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of solutions
Requisitos
Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, working with Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP solutions
Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365, including entities, workflows, business rules, and forms
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Dataverse
Proficiency in development languages, including C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services
Knowledge of database design and querying, particularly in SQL Server
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based architectures is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
● Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or similar certifications
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with third-party integration tools and platforms (e.g., KingswaySoft, Scribe)
