We’re looking for a IT Support Analyst to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do. What You Will do: Resolve incidents and requests independently, following procedures and documenting the process in our ticket system (Jira SM). Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience and provide a single point-of-contact for customers. Assist in solving problems, give instructions on the use of equipment and software, and work with the IT team on special projects. Recommend hardware and software changes. Assist with employee onboarding, updates, termination activities, and User Provider activities (Revalidations). Create documentation for help desk processes and procedures. What We Look for in the Ideal Candidate: Familiarity with authentication and security best practices. LastPass, SSO. Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 components. Capable of imaging, deploying and troubleshooting laptops. Experience with ticketing systems - Jira Service Management / SW / Confluence. Previous experience working in an IT level one support role. Strong mobile computing hardware experience.
