We're looking for a IT Support Analyst to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do

What You Will do:

  • Resolve incidents and requests independently, following procedures and documenting the process in our ticket system (Jira SM).
  • Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience and provides a single point-of-contact for customers.
  • Assist in solving problems, gives instructions on the use of equipment and software and work with the IT team in specials projects. 
  • Recommend hardware and software changes.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, updates, termination activities, and User Provider activities (Revalidations).
  • Create documentation for help desk processes and procedures.

What We Look for in the Ideal Candidate:

  • Familiarity with authentication and security best practices. LastPass, SSO.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 components. Capable of imaging, deploying and troubleshooting laptops.
  • Experience with ticketing systems. - Jira Service Managment / SW / Confluence .
  • Previous experience working in an IT level one support role.
  • Strong mobile computing hardware experience.
  • Knowledge in ITIL methodologies.
  • Upper Intermediate or above English level.
