(Most teams are self-sufficient with timelines, so you would serve as a backup reminder and alert if teams are over capacity.) Act as a bridge between different departments and team members to facilitate collaboration and information flow and cultivate team communication, cohesion, and trust. Monitor team performance with the Leadership Team and provide regular feedback to improve efficiency. Create, manage, and update sharing of course development information with the team and manage the course lifecycle. Prioritize and set tasks and deadlines for contractors and hold them accountable for these deliverables. Track contractors’ work experiences, unique abilities, and needs to ensure that people are working in their unique abilities and that the whole team is pulling in the same direction. Lead the team through reflecting on and learning from completed courses so that we can optimize our work for future launches. Assess the operational needs of each department and ensure that each department has the resources it needs to complete its project tasks. Collaborate with Department Heads to identify, discuss, and solve problems that arise both at the department level and team levels. Present project budgets to the leadership team for approval. Track team capacity and project timelines to inform company-wide decisions. Assess impediments to efficient, effective work and develop systems, practices, and policies to overcome those challenges. Identify and address sources of stress within ATW and implement strategies to promote a positive and low-stress work environment. Perform quality control as needed to ensure coherence, professionalism and integrity, including the identification of vulnerabilities and creation of risk management plans. Serve as the account manager to all presenters. Attend weekly and monthly leadership team meetings.
