Backoffice Abroad is seeking a qualified professional to join its team in the role of Project Manager. Your role is being accountable for the success of any projects that are assigned to you.
That includes the coordination with team members and the completion of the project within the expected time, budget, and quality.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the team members have all the resources required to finish the project and work in the best way possible.Responsibilities
- Create tasks that can be clearly delegated to the right team member based on their skills, experience, and time availability. Ensure that all team members have the resources they need to complete assigned work with the expected quality and within the expected timeframe. Keep track of the project progress and develop the appropriate documentation. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate Operations Manager or Account Manager as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans. Communicate any significant challenge or roadblock that the project is experiencing or can face shortly. Attending meetings with clients
- Use and continuously develop leadership skillsRequirements:

- Excellent English and communication skills
- Experience with Agile Methodologies -SCRUM- Availability to work Part-time, potentially extendable Full-time. +3 years of Project Management experience. Organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple projects successfully at the same time. Problem-solving abilities to overcome customer challenges and problems. Time management skills to transition between projects easily. Having enthusiasm for learning new things and to continuously improve the existing skills. Experience in the tech industry.
