No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. #EasyApply Responsibilities Design and implement network architecture for both on-premises and cloud environments Configure, operate, and automate IaaS networks including AWS and Azure Monitor, log, and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and connectivity Manage network security measures to protect data and systems Lead and mentor junior network engineers Collaborate with various teams to ensure network alignment with business objectives Drive technical design and end-to-end implementation of network projects Use tools such as Splunk and Datadog for network monitoring and analysis Communicate network status and changes to internal stakeholders Maintain documentation on network configurations and procedures Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for enhancements Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Participate in on-call rotation for network support Conduct root cause analysis on network incidents and provide solutions Implement network policies and processes to optimize organizational efficiency Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, CCIE, AWS Professional, AWS Network Specialty) Experience in at least 2 multi-quarter projects Contributed to the engineering community (e.g., blog posts, open source contributions, tech talks) Expertise in configuring and operating cloud IaaS networks (AWS, Azure, GCP) Skills in routing protocols (OSPF, MPBGP, ISIS, MPLS) Knowledge of network models (SNMP, NetFlow, IPFIX, Netconf, Restconf, gRPC) Strong experience in network monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting Proficiency in network security protocols and best practices Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level Nice to have Experience with network monitoring tools such as Splunk and Datadog Active participation in tech talks or similar community contributions Advanced certifications in networking or cloud technologies
