Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of 2–10 SDRs/BDRs. • Manage inbound and outbound initiatives, outperforming pipeline targets. • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and data‑driven improvement. • Develop talent for future senior sales and alliances positions. Qualifications Excellent academic results at school and university. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a STEM field. Passion for business development, sales, and technology. Track record of delivering outstanding outbound sales development results. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific. Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration skills. Leadership experience of any form. Ability to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
