We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Data Team. In this role, you will focus on analysis, execution, and facilitating alignment between business and technical teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, develop valuable skills, and make a tangible impact on our data-driven decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between stakeholders, promoting transparency and collaboration.
- Take detailed meeting notes and produce comprehensive documentation to capture project progress and decisions.

**Project Execution and Management**:

- Create and manage user stories in JIRA to support product development.
- Assist in resolving blockers and challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Track and report on project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

**Data Product Development**:

- Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for data product development.
- Implement and monitor high data quality standards to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Develop strategies to identify, address, and resolve data quality issues.

**Data Analysis and Insights**:

- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to generate insights that inform business decisions.
- Support the creation of data visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau, GA4, and Power BI.
- Continuously assess product performance and leverage data to drive improvements.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Empathetic listener with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and maintain high-quality outputs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Development experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
