Senior Market Access & Value Strategy Partner liderarás la implementación de soluciones de acceso innovadoras ya existentes, adaptadas a financiadores y prestadores provinciales. Esta es una oportunidad única para impactar directamente en los sistemas de salud y el acceso de los pacientes dentro de las regiones de Mendoza, Córdoba y Santa Fe. La Oportunidad Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de acceso regionales basadas en valor, adaptadas a pagadores provinciales, subsistemas públicos y prestadores de salud dentro de Mendoza (Oeste), Córdoba (Centro) y Santa Fe (Litoral) Orquestar y liderar conversaciones de alto impacto sobre acceso con ministerios de gobierno provinciales, fondos de seguros y decisores clave de salud a nivel regional Analizar el panorama regulatorio y de compra local, anticipando riesgos y oportunidades para un acceso más rápido de los pacientes a nuestra cartera innovadora Implementar soluciones Roche establecidas, como contratación innovadora, modelos de Valor en Salud (VBHC) y planes de descentralización, adaptándolas para su ejecución en los nodos designados Traducir evidencia clínica y económica compleja en mensajes de valor sencillos y accionables para los actores locales (p. ej., one-pagers, casos de negocio). Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos centrales de Acceso a Mercado, Médico y Pricing para alinear la ejecución regional con la estrategia nacional Liderar y gestionar acuerdos innovadores piloto (p. ej., atención descentralizada, acuerdos basados en volumen) con métricas claras y un plan para su escalamiento regional Actuar como el "promotor de la ejecución del acceso en el territorio" dentro de tu equipo regional multifuncional, asegurando una comunicación y alineación claras Vincular impulsores de evidencia y requisitos provinciales con estrategias de contratación definidas por Pricing/Access, proponiendo escenarios factibles en territorio. Tu Perfil: Puedes que Posees un Título Universitario en un campo relevante como Administración de Empresas, Medicina, Farmacia, Economía o Marketing. Posees experiencia de 3-5 años de experiencia en roles de Acceso a Mercado, Comercial o Estratégico dentro de la industria farmacéutica o dentro de sistemas de salud. Tienes una capacidad demostrada para traducir estrategias de acceso complejas en planes de ejecución regionales realistas y accionables. Posees sólidas habilidades analíticas y una profunda comprensión de los sistemas de salud locales, la dinámica de los pagadores y los entornos regulatorios provinciales. Te destacas en la colaboración interfuncional y tienes habilidad para influir en actores clave sin autoridad formal. Preferible: Experiencia con terapias de alto costo y/o en el área terapéutica de neurociencia. Conocimiento comprobado de modelos de precios (pricing), reembolso y estrategias de contratación. Comprensión de los fundamentos de la Economía de la Salud (HEOR) y la capacidad de adaptar mensajes basados en la evidencia a los impulsores de decisión locales. La experiencia previa en lanzamiento de productos, definición de políticas públicas (policy shaping) o negociaciones de acceso es altamente valorada.
