About The Opportunity Netrix Global is looking for a Trainee , who will be part of a structured Seedbed of Talents - Trainee Program designed for individuals at the beginning of their professional journey who are interested in building a career in IT and Cloud Technologies . This position will be under a Hybrid work scheme. You will be required to attend the office at least three times a week. You will take part in training, mentoring, and hands-on activities that will provide you with the foundations needed to eventually join one of our Cloud Operations teams as a trainee collaborator. “Success” in this role is driven by how you learn, how you show up, and how you grow. How You Will Make An Impact Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities designed to build your technical and professional foundations. Learn and adopt best practices, tools, and work methodologies used by the Cloud Operations teams. Complete required learning paths and work toward relevant certifications aligned with your career path. Participate in a structured shadowing process with one or more Cloud Operations teams to understand real-world workflows and responsibilities. Build a foundational understanding of AWS Cloud Services and the broader cloud ecosystem. Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and collaborate with peers and experienced engineers. Attend internal and external training sessions, including sessions designed for clients using or considering AWS. Gradually take on responsibilities as your knowledge, confidence, and reliability grow. What You Will Bring To The Table We are looking for potential, attitude, and commitment more than previous experience. Background & Interests (Must-Have) Currently studying or interested in a career related to IT, Computer Science, Systems, or similar fields . (Nice to have) Interest in Cloud technologies, infrastructure, or IT operations. Upper-intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken). Core Soft Skills & Mindset (Must-Have) Strong eagerness to learn : You are genuinely curious, ask questions, and actively seek to understand new concepts rather than waiting to be told what to do. Coachability : You are open to feedback, able to accept guidance, and willing to adjust your approach based on input from mentors and teammates. Ability to focus and pay attention : You can stay engaged during training sessions, meetings, and hands-on activities, and you make an effort to fully understand instructions and context. Responsibility and ownership : You take commitments seriously, follow through on tasks, and communicate proactively if you encounter blockers or need help. Punctuality and reliability : You are on time for meetings, training sessions, and deadlines, understanding that reliability is critical in professional environments. Professional attitude : You communicate respectfully, collaborate well with others, and understand that learning also includes professional behavior and teamwork. Growth mindset : You are comfortable not knowing everything, resilient when facing challenges, and motivated to improve consistently. Technical Knowledge (A plus) Basic understanding or exposure to at least one programming or scripting language. Familiarity with Linux fundamentals. Basic understanding of common protocols (HTTP, SSH, ICMP, etc.). Introductory knowledge of networking concepts. Exposure to tools or languages such as Python, Terraform , or configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Location Buenos Aires, Argentina. 3x2 Hybrid role (3 days office; 2 days remotely) Shift 9 a.m to 6 p.m, Monday to Friday, during training period. Then there will be a different schedule, either be early morning, late afternoons, night shift and/or Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
