What will I be doing? Manage on-site HVAC installations Manage and forecast onsite subcontractors, trades and labour requirements Manage procurement, deliveries of equipment and materials Review plans, designs and drawings Attend site co-ordination meetings with Project Managers and Builders Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project delivery Assist in the mentoring and coaching of junior team members and apprentices Ensure on-site WHS practices are followed including Tool Box talks About You Previous experience as a HVAC Site Supervisor / Manager with a trade background in either Air Conditioning or Mechanical Plumbing Extensive knowledge of the Australian Standards relevant to the HVAC industry Proven ability to develop strong partnerships with and engage/influence key stakeholders Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trusting and respectful relationships at all levels Ability to adapt to unique and challenging environments A strong desire to accept a challenge and deliver results About the Crest Team: Crest is a well-known, highly reputable brand within the air conditioning industry – we’re proud of our brand Strong reputation for quality products and service Crest specialises in the Design, Supply, Installation, Service and Maintenance of Commercial, Industrial and Residential air conditioning equipment Fabulous team of people - the very reason we continue to experience growth Stability and security – which is demonstrated by the way our people stay long term What to do next: So, if you are up for a new adventure in 2026 then we would really like to hear from you, APPLY NOW #J-18808-Ljbffr
