Join us in creating a future beyond fossils UPM Raflatac is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, South America who will be responsible for securing, following up, managing sales targets, developing new markets - products, coaching, supporting the sales team, strengthening commercial relationships, increasing AV, understanding the market and its different dynamics depending on the country, laws and ways of doing business. Greetings from your future manager Brinder Gill, Senior Vice President, Americas What you will do Manage large sales budget and sales team(s) to achieve designated sales objectives. Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns and lead the operational activities for an assigned geography, market segment, or particular customers Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets. Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources Negotiate sales with existing and potential customers and actively liaise with customers. Manage and develop relationships with agencies to ensure achievement of agreed standards of service Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information Who you are You have university degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience You have proven experience in leading a sales team and a strong track record in sales performance You have broad commercial understanding and strategic mindset You are proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools You are skilled in pipeline management and sales performance analysis using KPIs You are experienced in market penetration strategies, especially in LATAM regions You are capable of budget planning and managing regional sales budgets You have knowledge of pricing strategies tailored to regional markets You have strong data analysis and reporting abilities You are fluent in English and Spanish ; Portuguese is a plus This is what we offer to you A meaningful job : We have an inspiring purpose ‘We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
