Project Manager (English and Spanish) About The Role As a Project Manager , you will ensure seamless integration and functionality across our systems. You will be a valued member of the Technology team and work collaboratively with a dynamic and inclusive team within the environment at Cognizant. In This Role, You Will Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks. Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships, communicate project status clearly, and manage expectations effectively. Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and transition seamlessly between multiple projects. Demonstrate initiative and drive projects through to successful completion. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and customers to achieve project goals with minimal supervision. Work Model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Tucuman, 3720, BA, Argentina. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. What You Need To Have To Be Considered Project management expertise with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Proven capability to drive work forward and influence stakeholders to deliver results. Create strategic assets such as business cases, pitch decks, proposals, and customer reference (CR) slides. Develop marketing assets including newsletters, community chat posts, and bespoke emails.
