The Creative Project Manager works closely with Technical Producers, Campaign Managers & Account Managers to manage the creative project lifecycle from start to finish. They are the master coordinator between all parties involved within a creative project. They have a full understanding of the project requirements/scope, manage internal & client expectations, create & communicate timelines and costs, create & manage creative project tasks and confirm that project scope and client expectations have been met when the project is complete. When necessary and capacity available, the Creative Project Manager should be able to version basic to intermediate creative and manage version updates via CRM. The Impact You’ll Make Project Management – Focusing on simple and intermediate projects Manage project scope, resources, timelines, deliverables, costs and success criteria Day-to-day execution management Estimate creation Timeline generation and updating through project Collaborate with Technical Producer for all new frameworks Document project scope and share with client Development project task creation and submission Confirm development deliverables met project requirements and scope Provide deliverables to client Creative project point of contact Client facing for scoping and on‑going project management Understanding of Ad Serving creative capabilities Day-to-day interaction with partner resources Version dynamic creative through CRM / Excel methods including the use of inline styles to adjust layouts where necessary.
