Overview Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Project Manager con experiencia comprobable en la gestión de proyectos del sector Oil & Gas, con fuerte orientación a resultados, capacidad de liderazgo y enfoque en la mejora continua. Será responsable de planificar, liderar y supervisar proyectos complejos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos en tiempo, forma, calidad y costos, así como el desarrollo y coordinación de equipos de trabajo. Responsibilities Diseñar, planificar y gestionar proyectos desde su inicio hasta su cierre. Liderar equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios, promoviendo el cumplimiento de objetivos, buena comunicación y alto desempeño. Asumir la responsabilidad integral de los equipos asignados al proyecto, incluyendo coordinación, seguimiento y evaluación de desempeño. Coordinar con distintas áreas internas para la recopilación, análisis e integración de datos clave. Supervisar el avance de proyectos y elaborar informes ejecutivos para la gerencia. Aplicar normas y regulaciones específicas del sector Oil & Gas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y herramientas tecnológicas. Presentar resultados y propuestas de optimización a clientes internos y externos. Qualifications Título universitario en ingeniería o carreras afines (excluyente). Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Project Manager o en roles similares. Experiencia comprobable en proyectos del sector Oil & Gas (excluyente). Experiencia liderando y gestionando equipos de trabajo. Manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión de proyectos: Office, SAP MS Project, etc. Conocimiento de normas de seguridad, calidad y sistemas de gestión integrados. ISO 9001 Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable). Perfil proactivo, orientado a resultados, con excelentes habilidades de planificación, liderazgo y comunicación.
