Position Overview We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Manager of Operations who thrives on getting things done. You will oversee daily operational functions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals, be a self-starter, eager to learn quickly, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment to ensure smooth product flow from production to customer delivery Manage supply chain, inventory, and demand planning to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce out-of-stocks Coordinate with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and 3PL partners to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable process optimizations Develop and maintain SOPs and performance KPIs to ensure operational consistency and accountability Lead strategic planning, budget management, and forecasting to support company growth and profitability Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align operational priorities with business objectives Support new product launches by managing timelines, logistics, and vendor readiness Requirements Proven experience in operations management, supply chain coordination, and inventory control within a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Strong understanding of vendor relations, sourcing, and contract management Skilled in workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational scalability Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in relevant tools and systems (e.g., MS Office, Cin7 Core, Shopify, project management software such as ClickUp) Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with ability to adapt to changing priorities Familiarity with EDI systems, 3PL logistics, and retail compliance (Target, Walmart, CVS, etc.) is a plus Nice to Have (but not required): Experience in the beauty, personal care, or consumer goods industry is a plus Experience working with start‑ups Working Hours Standard work hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm EST; hours are flexible with your supervisor’s approval. Night and weekend business hours will be reserved for urgent situations.
