Project Manager / PMO Specialist Join our team as a Project Manager / PMO Specialist supporting project and program-level activities. Responsibilities Maintain and update project and program-level plans with non-PM collaborators Assist in general PMO activities to ensure accurate and timely status reporting Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests Support cost control and actuals tracking based on budget management needs Coordinate communication between project stakeholders Ensure projects remain up to date and aligned with goals Facilitate change management processes to minimize disruptions Report project status to senior management and clients Monitor project progress and escalate concerns as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes Requirements Experience in project management with 2+ years in management roles Knowledge of budget and cost management principles Familiarity with change management methodologies Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders Experience with risk management and reporting practices Proficiency in Salesforce or similar project management tools English language proficiency at the B2+ level Nice to have Experience supporting PMO activities Background in cost tracking and budget control We offer Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non-wages concept).
