Digital Marketing Lead – Full‑Time Permanent SCHEDULE : Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PDT COMPENSATION : $8 USD/hour Our story : We’re a family‑owned and operated kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company located in Southern California. With over 40 years in business, we’re looking for the right people to join our growing team. Our mission is to improve people’s lives by transforming their surroundings and providing a fun, hassle‑free remodeling experience. Responsibilities Lead source & vendor research, onboarding, and ongoing management, including documentation, integration setup, and tracking number coordination. Monitor competitor performance and market trends to generate actionable insights. Align vendor activity with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts; coordinate budget proposals and changes with reporting teams. Negotiate costs, credits, and terms to maximize ROI and build monthly marketing budget forecasts and performance reports. Oversee SEO, paid search, and paid social campaigns, tracking key performance indicators and maintaining performance benchmarks. Manage and develop a team of marketing support staff, defining roles, assigning tasks, and creating training playbooks. Produce monthly and quarterly forecasts, benchmark reports, and performance analyses; collaborate with sales, admin, and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals. Handle refund management for vendor and internal requests, tracking refund percentages and ensuring proper processing and split with the team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or lead source/vendor management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and KPIs. Experience with SEO, Google PPC, and social media analytics tools. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing integration platforms (e.g., F9). Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project‑management abilities. Ability to lead, train, and manage a marketing team. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and analytics tools.
