About The Team The Order Management Software Department in Buenos Aires supports the administration of SAP Cloud contracts for the entire North American region. The daily business involves processing cloud orders for small, midmarket, and large customers. In This Role, You’ll Check incoming orders (contractual documents, correspondence, approvals) and process the order in SAP per SOX and internal controls. Ensure license entitlement is correctly entered to allow customers to receive correct software, access, and license keys. On order completion, create invoices and issue credit notes. Archive all related contractual documentation. Provide post‑sales support on contractual issues such as license transfers, contract migrations & amendments. Answer internal and external customer queries within agreed SLAs. Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team. Who You Are Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus. Quick learner, adaptable, and able to use own initiative. Strong organization and time‑management skills; capable of multi‑tasking. Team player, proactive, and responsible in customer support. Quality driven with excellent attention to detail. Experience with SAP systems preferable but not essential.
