With over 20 years of online marketing experience, we prioritize operational efficiency and continuous improvement, while fostering a flexible, results‑only work environment (ROWE) that allows team members to work remotely and manage their own schedules. Responsibilities Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction. Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor account managers, ensuring they meet objectives and targets. Strategy: Collaborate with clients on their marketing goals and aid in formulating strategies. Performance Review: Evaluate campaign results, provide insights, and suggest improvements. Operational Efficiency: Optimize account management processes and tools for better performance. Financial Oversight: Manage campaign budgets to ensure profitability. Cross‑Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with other departments for cohesive campaign strategies. Business Development: Seek new business opportunities and assist in client pitches. Continued Education: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and ensure team training. Crisis Management: Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions. Reporting: Update senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and account metrics. Administrative Setup: Manage the client’s workspace on Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and other platforms, ensuring all billable hours are tracked and invoiced. Qualifications BS/MS degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications; or equivalent professional work experience. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an account manager for a digital marketing agency. Availability to respond to client requests and attend meetings between 9 am–3 pm Pacific Time as needed. Experience in an agency setting with a strong understanding of ever‑changing priorities and deadlines. Proven ability to manage a client relationship from onboarding to implementation. Highly organized, efficient with task management, able to work independently and remotely, thriving in fast‑paced environments. Strong desire to learn new skills, improve processes, and continually develop personally and professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English at an idiomatic level. Nice to Haves Experience with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
