About The Role Responsibilities Prospecção e Geração de Leads / Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as networking events, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing. Develop opportunities within identified Strategic and Target Accounts. Análise das Necessidades do Cliente / Client Needs Analysis: Understand specific needs, challenges, and goals of potential clients related to training services. Apresentação de Soluções / Solution Presentation: Present the benefits, features, and value propositions of Training services offered by the company to potential clients. Desenvolvimento de Propostas / Proposal Development: Prepare and customize proposals that address the unique requirements of each client, including pricing, timelines, and deliverables. Negociação e Fechamento de Negócios / Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales. Construção de Relacionamento / Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Pesquisa e Análise de Mercado / Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and strategies for business growth. Colaboração com a Equipe Interna / Collaboration with Internal Team: Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth delivery of training services and meet client expectations. Monitoramento de Desempenho / Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Aprendizado e Desenvolvimento Contínuo / Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry standards, regulatory changes, and advancements in training services to enhance expertise and effectiveness in sales efforts. Execução de Funções Administrativas Chave / Executes key administrative functions. Trabalho próximo com as partes interessadas internas / Works closely with internal stakeholders when responding to a request for proposal (RFP) to inform them of market conditions, pricing issues, and current competition on the program. Experience prospecting and working with large global entities. Demonstrable client service and presentation skills. Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Success in training services sales (ISO). Knowledge of ISO standards, supply chain and/or training. Experience with CRM systems, preferably Oracle based. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems).
