At Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, we are looking for an Executive Chef. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all hotel kitchens and the stewarding department. Develop innovative menus aligned with the identity of each outlet. Control costs, inventories, and budgets. Train and develop the team under your supervision. Ensure compliance with high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation. Collaborate with other departments to guarantee exceptional gastronomic experiences. Actively participate in activities promoting the hotel’s culinary offerings. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within luxury hospitality. Formal education in Culinary Arts (mandatory). Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills. Budget administration experience. Advanced English (mandatory).
