Summary

** At Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, we are looking for an Executive Chef.**

We are seeking a creative, organized, and strong leader to oversee our culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality standards and delivering unique experiences for our guests.

** Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all hotel kitchens and the stewarding department.
- Develop innovative menus aligned with the identity of each outlet.
- Control costs, inventories, and budgets.
- Train and develop the team under your supervision.
- Ensure compliance with high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee exceptional gastronomic experiences.
- Actively participate in activities promoting the hotel’s culinary offerings.

** Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within luxury hospitality.
- Formal education in Culinary Arts (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Budget administration experience.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
