Sales Director (Remote from Argentina) This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding strategic partnerships across global markets, including the US, EMEA, and APAC. You will own high-impact customer relationships while shaping and executing sales strategies in a highly technical, fast-evolving industry. Accountabilities Develop and execute regional and global sales strategies to drive revenue growth, bookings, and long‑term market penetration. Manage and grow strategic customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers. Build, forecast, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and emerging market needs. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align customer feedback with roadmap priorities and go‑to‑market initiatives. Support new product launches by contributing market insights, positioning, and customer engagement strategies. Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and customer signals to continuously refine commercial strategy. Operate effectively across global regions and time zones, ensuring consistent execution and communication. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, with strong domain knowledge in semiconductors or silicon IP. 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully growing key customer accounts. Experience selling complex technologies such as interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions. Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive‑level relationship‑building skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and data‑driven sales forecasting methodologies. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands‑on in a fast‑paced, global environment.
