What You’ll Do: Conduct virtual consultations with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions. Work exclusively with warm leads — no cold calling, door knocking, or network marketing. Complete self-paced online training and obtain your life insurance license (if not already licensed). Provide exceptional service to clients and ongoing support after policies are issued. Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently while staying focused on team and personal goals. Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client care. Who You Are: No prior insurance experience required — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
