In this role, you will manage and negotiate medical liens, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining compliance and accuracy. You’ll collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and attorneys, making a meaningful impact on every case. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving and clear communication. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Verifying compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Monitoring and tracking lien status from inception to resolution Accurately recording and updating liens in the case management system Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all lien records Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries Addressing and resolving disputes or discrepancies with lienholders Preparing regular reports on lien statuses and outcomes Providing clients with clear and accurate lien information Communicating with medical providers, insurance companies, and internal teams Preparing and maintaining lien-related documentation What We’re Looking For: At least one to two years of experience in similar roles Legal Background mandatory Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Filevine) and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability #J-18808-Ljbffr
