Responsibilities Salesforce Project Management – Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and optimization; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Kaptio Integration – Utilize expertise in Kaptio or similar systems to seamlessly integrate with Salesforce solutions; ensure smooth data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and related travel industry platforms. Travel Industry Insight – Leverage industry knowledge to understand and address specific requirements and challenges within the travel sector; provide strategic guidance on optimizing Salesforce for the unique needs of the travel industry. Stakeholder Collaboration – Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users; facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. Risk Management – Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects; proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or objectives. Quality Assurance – Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and functionality of Salesforce solutions. Training and Support – Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate end-users on new Salesforce functionalities; provide ongoing support and address user inquiries or issues post-implementation. Skills Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience – Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on Salesforce implementations; familiarity with Kaptio or similar travel industry systems. Certifications – Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable. Technical Skills – Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration; strong understanding of project management methodologies. Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Problem‑Solving – Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
