Type: Full-time Salary: $1,200 – $1,600 USD / month (depending on experience and skill level) About Us Rettain is a fast-growing email & SMS marketing agency working with amazing eCommerce brands across the US. We help brands connect with their customers through thoughtful copy, smart strategy, and automation that drives results. We’re looking for a highly skilled Email Copywriter who understands storytelling, psychology, and persuasion, and knows how to use AI tools (ChatGPT , CustomGPTs ) to streamline ideation, research, and drafting. You’ll craft emails that engage, educate, and convert while mastering each brand’s voice and customer journey. What You’ll Do Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy for top eCommerce brands. Create strategic email briefs using AI tools. Craft messaging based on customer journey stages. Conduct research to deeply understand voice, product, and audience. Use storytelling, emotional triggers, and psychology in your messaging. Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers. Improve and systemize your workflow using AI. Brainstorm creative angles, hooks, and big ideas. Stay updated with DTC trends and email best practices. What We’re Looking For Strong email copywriting skills rooted in persuasion and storytelling. Experience with ecommerce or DTC brands. Understanding of customer psychology and positioning. Ability to tailor messaging for awareness, consideration, and conversion stages. Expert-level use of ChatGPT and AI tools. A structured, efficient writing process. Ability to write fast and think strategically. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Bonus Points For Experience with copywriting email marketing flows or campaigns. Experience writing performance ads for Ecommerce brands. Knowledge of conversion copywriting frameworks.
