Email Marketing Specialist Join us as an Email Marketing Specialist at HKR, working for a US-based client to scale email revenue through Klaviyo + Shopify automations. We’re looking for a sharp, AI-powered lifecycle marketer who can manage and grow over $1M of weekly email traffic, use LLMs and Shopify tools, spot errors before launch, build and optimise multi‑step flows, run A/B tests, and partner with a founder to drive strategy and execution. Manage and scale $1M+ of weekly email traffic via Klaviyo automations and campaigns, driving revenue for a fast-moving eCommerce business. Use LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Klaviyo AI, and Shopify’s native tools to build, test, and QA emails and flows at speed. Spot and squash costly mistakes (broken links, merge‑tag fails, off‑brand copy) before they ship. Build and optimise multi‑step flows, run A/B tests on campaigns over 50k sends, and report on performance clearly. Collaborate with a high‑performance founder on strategy, while taking full ownership over execution. Stay proactive with segmentation, timing, and deliverability improvements—and bring fresh, creative ideas to keep iterating. About You 2–4 years of lifecycle marketing experience, especially with Klaviyo + Shopify. Fast, precise, and lean on AI tools for writing, QA, and decision support. Sharp eye for errors and logic—proof of past catches is a big plus. Experience testing and optimising large email sends, and knowledge of Shopify’s backend and product feeds. Moves quickly, replies promptly, and doesn’t wait for permission to improve things. Has influenced at least one KPI directly (e.g., increased flow‑driven revenue or improved CTOR).
