Position Overview Integration Specialist – Business Analyst Team (Full‑time, Hybrid). We are seeking a talented and motivated Integration Specialist to analyze, design, and implement integrations between various e‑commerce systems, primarily on Salesforce and Mulesoft platforms. Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina – onsite in the Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata office twice a week. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and document business requirements for system integration projects. Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose efficient integration solutions. Guide clients in selecting the best solution for their integration and data exchange needs (middleware or connector). Create data modeling and architecture designs that fit defined requirements and guide development. Design, develop, and implement scalable integrations between Salesforce platforms, middleware such as Mulesoft, and other business systems. Document integration details, system and data flow diagrams, and integration mappings. Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality, data integrity, and performance. Diagnose and resolve integration issues promptly, collaborating closely with technical teams. Provide guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Stay current with the latest integration technologies, trends, and best practices. Requirements Fluent oral English required. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Integration Specialist, focusing on system integration projects. Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering and documentation. Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OMS, Marketing Cloud). Proficiency in designing and implementing REST, SOAP, and other web services protocols. Solid SQL knowledge and data manipulation techniques. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of Salesforce Core data models. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Salesforce Data Architect Certification or other advanced data‑modeling courses. Mulesoft Certified Developer or Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect.
