Role Overview At Magoya, we are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to take full ownership of our visual and brand identity. This role is key to ensuring consistency, quality, and creative excellence across all visual touchpoints of the company. You will work closely and receive onboarding support from our Visual Manager during the first months to ensure strong alignment with our brand identity—before transitioning into full independence as the visual reference for the entire organization. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role ideal for someone who can lead, create, and execute across branding, graphic design, digital design, and commercial assets. What will you be doing? Designing and supporting sales decks, presentations, and commercial materials. Developing visual templates, brand assets, and marketing pieces. Creating prototypes in Figma (Make). Producing visual content for the commercial team, including graphics, layouts, and digital assets. Designing and maintaining the visual elements of our website (Webflow). Creating videos, animations, and motion graphics. Providing visual support to the Product team when needed: decks, case studies, white papers, and custom resources. Additionally, you will: Create scripts and storyboards for videos, webinars, and online presentations. Research and monitor visual trends in AgTech to keep our brand relevant and competitive. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to turn technical insights into accessible, engaging content. Skills & Tools +5 years of proven experience in visual, graphic, or digital design. Expertise with Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere, After Effects, Webflow. Strong command of visual presentations (Google Slides). Excellent visual criteria, creativity, and attention to detail. Good English level (reading and writing for visual content). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
