Lead Visual Designer

At Magoya, we are looking for a Lead Visual Designer who will become the ultimate owner and guardian of our brand's visual identity. This is a strategic and hands‑on role for someone capable of leading, elevating, and evolving how Magoya shows up across every visual touchpoint.You will partner closely with our Head of Product during the onboarding period to absorb our current brand foundations. After that, you will transition into full independence, acting as the visual authority within the company, driving consistency, quality, innovation, and evolution in all creative outputs.We are looking for someone with the expertise, maturity, and creative vision to challenge, refine our brand identity when needed. This role requires strong visual criteria, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute at a high level across digital, brand, motion, and commercial design.This is a high‑impact position for someone who not only designs but leads the visual direction of a fast‑growing AgTech company. What You Will Be Leading? Brand Ownership & Evolution Own and maintain Magoya's visual identity system, brand guidelines, and design standards across all platforms. Audit, challenge, and evolve the brand when necessary, proposing improvements to ensure relevance, quality, and differentiation in the market. Build scalable visual systems that support growth across regions, products, and teams. Design Execution & Creative Direction Lead the design and development of sales decks, commercial materials, and executive-level presentations. Develop high-quality brand assets, templates, and design frameworks for cross‑functional teams. Create interactive prototypes in Figma and collaborate with Product to translate complex insights into visually compelling resources. Produce visual content for the Commercial team: graphics, layouts, digital ads, landing pages, and storytelling pieces. Own the visual design and evolution of our website (Webflow). Motion, Video & Digital Experience Concept, script, storyboard, and produce videos, animations, and motion graphics that enhance brand storytelling. Create digital experiences and interactive content that elevate Magoya's visual presence. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to ensure all visual outputs align with business objectives and brand strategy. Translate technical and complex information into clean, engaging, accessible visuals. Provide guidance and feedback to internal teams to ensure visual coherence across all touchpoints. Innovation & Trend Awareness Research, monitor, and anticipate design and visual trends, especially within SaaS, Product Design, and AgTech, to keep Magoya at the forefront of the industry. Introduce new concepts, formats, or visual approaches proactively. What You Bring 7+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design with proven seniority and ownership of brand‑level responsibilities. Mastery of Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere, After Effects, and strong experience with Webflow. Strong expertise in visual presentations (Google Slides) and storytelling through design. Excellent taste, visual judgment, and a high bar for quality and consistency. Ability to think strategically about brand identity, not just execute assets. Strong organizational and project management skills. Good English level (reading/writing), especially for visual narratives and content creation. A mindset oriented toward autonomy, impact, and continuous improvement.
