Who we are looking for We are on the lookout for a Semi-Senior Motion Graphics Designer with a strong background in crafting high-quality animated content. The perfect candidate will bring creative ideas to life by conceptualizing, designing, and animating a wide variety of projects. These will include social media campaigns, explainer videos, ads for interactive presentations, and visual elements for interfaces. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic team environment where collaboration and innovation are key. What you\'ll do Creative Conceptualization & Design: Develop creative ideas for motion graphics projects, interpreting briefs and scripts effectively. Create storyboards, mood boards, and animatics to present and visualize animation proposals. Design and produce custom graphic elements such as illustrations, icons, and typography optimized for motion. Animation Execution: Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for platforms like social media, web, TV, events, and corporate presentations. Apply core animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch) to deliver visually engaging and fluid animations. Optimize and export animations in multiple formats to meet platform-specific requirements. Team Collaboration & Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams across design, marketing, development, and content to ensure alignment and consistency in visual outputs. Act on feedback and implement revisions efficiently, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping workflows organized and communication clear. Innovation & Quality: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics and design. Propose creative, out-of-the-box solutions to elevate the quality and impact of our projects. Deliver consistently high standards of quality across all projects and platforms. What you\'ll need Degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related fields (or advanced studies in progress). Demonstrated experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation work. Advanced proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong grasp of animation principles, storytelling, and design fundamentals. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A passion for innovation, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Work Modality Work Modality : Hybrid (combining in-office and remote work).
