What you will do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded; Develop and manage project estimates and budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved; Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects; Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders; Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise; Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines; Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development; Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Must haves A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management; Experience as a delivery manager; Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions; Experience managing external clients; Proficiency in project management software and tools; Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills. Nice to haves Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field; Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers; Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes; High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders; Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
