Overview Pacifica Continental is looking for a Country Manager in Argentina to lead the local strategy and coordinate all local resources and partners of an important iGaming company. Responsibilities Lead the local strategy and coordinate all local resources and partners. Plan and prepare the P&L for the market; guarantee results according to the budget and established objectives. Ensure a smooth flow of information and communication among all company teams. Aim for an excellent user experience and achieve defined customer satisfaction standards. Maintain a deep understanding of the market, including the competitive and regulatory environment; maintain optimal relationships with regulatory bodies. Conduct and/or coordinate market research, business plan preparation, budgeting, and marketing strategies. Define the local brand strategy with the Marketing team and ensure compliance with what is defined in the P&L. Generate clear reports and action plans to counter any failed outcomes. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, working with the Compliance Manager and Legal department. Structure local teams, recruitment, and retention, in coordination with HR. Responsible for local business development. Qualifications University graduate, preferably in business administration, digital business, business economics, industrial/engineering/computer/data science. 5+ years of experience in similar positions, in hybrid/remote work environments. Experience with collaborative work tools and project management. Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and experience with data visualization tools and complex information analysis. Strong sales skills, good analytical capacity, adaptability, and resilience; the ability to inspire and guide teams. Experience and knowledge of the online betting market is highly valued.
