Global Career Transitions Specialist

The Global Career Transitions Specialist will be part of the CM&T team providing global, operational, and functional support on the “Global Career Transitions” team within the Talent structure. This role interfaces with key contacts (stakeholders, reporting, CIO, and global HR teams) to align the transition processes to business requirements and determine, develop, and execute innovative solutions to address them. Additionally, the Global Career Transition Specialist will work closely with the stakeholders to: Identify action plans for projects. Provide recommendations for improving processes. Provide regular status updates for all project assignments. Main Tasks/Responsibilities Change Job Scrum support Test bug fixes/enhancements: support the testing efforts needed as we enhance the change job process in Workday in support of bug fixes/product enhancements. Bugs Review: provide preliminary review of change job bugs (backlog is consistently high). Value-add: Allows us to avoid delays and reduces our backlog by getting modifications triaged/tested/approved to migrate to production quickly, reduces the overall backlog, and gives the scrum team more bandwidth to resolve more complex bugs. Change Management support: Take ownership of reviewing, tracking updates and creating memos and job aids. Value-add: Ensures the necessary training/education, communication and ongoing WD collateral is appropriately maintained along to coincide with the agile process of making modifications on a regular program increment planning basis. Internal Mobility support Data and Analytics: Help analyze and get highlights from the Internal Transfer survey results. Identify opportunities, gaps, process improvements, etc. Partner with the right stakeholders to optimize information from the survey results. Identify potential actions or initiatives. Value-add: Creates a focused emphasis on the data, which is there today, but little attention. Enables us to tell a part of the story about the success of our internal mobility programs. Change Management: Keep track and maintain internal mobility sites/contents. Partner with Marketing and Communications to prepare the content for Special Projects. Value-add: Ensures the messaging is consistent across various platforms and communication "vehicles". Employee Experience feedback channels: Organize approach to gather employee feedback. Run focus groups sessions, conduct employee interviews. Collate the feedback. Value-add: Helps ensure we keep the employee at the forefront of our design decisions and provides the basis for our strategic direction in our programs. Leave of Absence process (LOA) and Exits support Employee Experience feedback channels for LOA/Exit. Organize approach to gather employee feedback. Run focus groups sessions, conduct employee interviews. Collate the feedback. Must Have Skills Proficient organizational and time management skills. Analytical thinking skills. Strong English communication and comprehension skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Excellent customer service. Balance multiple projects, prioritize and plan work activities, be capable of solve escalation issues as necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment. Proactive attitude. Nice to Have Skills Advanced English Presentation skills (Written, Oral) Microsoft Office Interpersonal skills Workday (preferred) Knowledge of Accenture Application/Collaboration tools: Dashboards, Insight Marketplace reports, Power Bi, Workday, etc. Understanding/Have knowledge of general Accenture HR Processes.
